I do not know the exact date I need the Suite, what should I do?

Simply book in an estimated date and we will keep in contact with you to clarify an exact date nearer the time.

Is there a maximum/minimum hire period?

There is a minimum hire period of one week

I am not sure how long I need the Suite for, is this a problem?

Not at all, our hire is very flexible. Once you have your Suite, it is yours to enjoy as long as you need it for.

Will the Suite cause any damage to my property?

No - the suite will not cause any damage to your property.

Do I need any form of planning permission?

No - planning permission is not needed as it is a temporary structure that does not require any foundations.

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

At time of booking you pay a one off set up fee of £250 plus the hire period. Please phone if you prefer payment to be taken on a weekly basis.

Do the kitchens have lights and heating?

Yes - all of our kitchen suites have underfloor heating and LED lighting.

Are there any other costs?

We have a one off charge of £250 which covers delivery, set up and collection of the Suite

What electric supply do i need?

A 32 amp outlet. A certified electrician to connect power supply
